It is written:
“Who is a God like you, pardoning the sin and overlooking the crimes of the remnant of his heritage? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in grace. He will again have compassion on us, he will subdue our iniquities. You will throw all their sins into the depths of the sea.” (Micah 7:18-19 Complete Jewish Bible)
After celebrating Rosh HaShanah, let us Jews and non-Jews Believers in the Messiah Yeshua, in this Head of the Year, examine the spiritual condition of our lives, thankfully acknowledging YAHWEH’s Mercy.
In the name of His Isra’el, we can have a Believing dependence upon His Promise, that through the Messiah Yeshua, we are deserving YAHWEH’s Forgiveness and Restoration into His Isra’el; for YAHWEH has casted our sins into the depths of the sea, just as He casted Pharaoh’s chariots to the bottom of the sea so many years earlier.
Yes, let us give to YAHWEH the Glory of His Pardoning Mercy. The pardon of sin through the “Hebrew and Jewish” Messiah Yeshua is the Foundation of ALL other Covenant-Mercies with the House of Isra’el.
We are, Jews and non-Jews Believers in the Messiah Yeshua, YAHWEH’s People, members of the Isra’el Family, and one would hope that we should all be very good, but we are not so; as YAHWEH’s Children we have our spots, and often offend our Father, but YAHWEH, our Gracious Elohim and Father is ready to pass by and pardon the iniquity and transgression of His People, upon our Repentance and Return to Him.
For us YAHWEH’s People we are a Pardoned People, and to this we owe our ALL. When YAHWEH pardons sin, He passes it by, does not punish it as justly He might, nor deal with us sinners according to what we deserve.
As for me, YAHWEH has been merciful toward my wickednesses and remember my sins no more (Hebrews 8:12), through my union with Yeshua Ha-Mashiach, our Master. Halleluyah!
Having experienced the Pardoning Mercy of YAHWEH, the Elohim of Isra’el, I cannot but admire that Mercy and stand amazed!
The Salvation of sinners is what YAHWEH has pleasure in, not their death and damnation. The Glory of YAHWEH in Forgiving sin is, as in other things, matchless, and without compare; has YAHWEH forgiven your transgressions?
Blessed are You, YAHWEH, our Elohim, King of the Universe, and AVINU SHE-BA-SHAMAYIM (Heb. אָבִינוּ שָׁבַּשָׁמַיִם; “Our Father in Heaven”), who has kept us alive, sustained us, and brought us to this season. Amen.
SHALOM ALEIKHEM !” to ALL the Isra’el Family, Jews and non-Jews who belong to the Hebrew and Jewish Messiah Yeshua, our Master. As we look back with Thankfulness upon YAHWEH’s pardoning our sins, we can look forward with assurance upon what He would yet further do for us.
